Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. One person may hold one member account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Posting rules
- Leads must describe a real requirement or offer.
- Do not put phone numbers, emails or links in lead text. Members contact you through inquiries.
- Use the correct category and lead type. Do not post duplicates.
- Up to five photos per lead. Photos must show the product and must not contain contact details.
Prohibited products
Weapons, controlled drugs, counterfeit goods, endangered species products and anything illegal to trade in the origin or destination country are not allowed. The full list will be published here.
Moderation
We review leads before publishing and may reject, unpublish or remove leads, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Trading guidance
EXIM Media Network is a meeting place, not a party to any deal. We do not verify goods, quantities, certificates or payment. Check documents, inspect goods where possible and use secure payment methods.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for transactions between members. Final wording to be provided by legal counsel.
Changes to these terms
We will notify members by email before significant changes take effect.
