Information we collect
Account details you give us: name, email, password (stored as a secure hash), country and optional company and phone details. Content you post: leads, photos and inquiries. Technical data: IP address, browser and sign-in times, used for security.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your public profile and leads.
- To deliver inquiries between members by email.
- To send account emails such as confirmation, password reset and lead decisions.
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of the platform: Brevo (email delivery) and Cloudinary (image storage and delivery), plus our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information.
What is public
Published leads, company name, country, business type and categories on your profile are public. Email and phone are private unless you choose to show them to signed-in members.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, leads and photos are deleted. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your details, change email preferences and delete your account from Profile & settings. Contact us to request a copy of your data.
Cookies
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and a security cookie that protects forms from misuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
